1. Return and Exchange Period

You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Items received beyond this period will not be eligible for return or exchange processing.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
b. Our customer service team will assess your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.
c. If applicable, you will receive a return shipping label to facilitate the return process.
d. Securely package your item, ensuring it includes the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
e. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and affix the return shipping label (if provided).
f. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part, you are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

For exchanges, please initiate the process as outlined in section 3. Once we receive your returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will proceed with processing the exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

6. International Returns & Exchanges

Customers requesting international returns or exchanges should contact our customer service team for guidance. Please be aware that you may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with the return or exchange.
